Core Responsibilities: Excellence in Customer Orientation & Sales
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to customer queries via telephone, email, or chat, always in English.

- Identify customer needs and offer relevant solutions, actively promoting suitable products or services when appropriate.
- Demonstrate empathy and professionalism in addressing client issues, ensuring a high level of satisfaction with every contact.

Required Skills: English Fluency, Communication, Sales Mindset
- Exceptional English language proficiency, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated experience in customer service or related, client-facing roles, preferably within an international context.
- A confident approach to upselling and supporting sales initiatives within service conversations.
- Strong customer focus, with the ability to listen actively, understand needs, and deliver clear solutions.
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Capacity to handle multiple tasks and prioritise in fast-paced situations.
Ideal Experience: English Customer Service & Sales Support
- Background in customer service, contact centre, or sales support roles (advantageous but not required).
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital communication tools.
- Experience in achieving or surpassing customer satisfaction targets.
