Customer Service, English Proficiency, and Sales Engagement
In this role, you'll serve as the essential link between our customers and their healthcare coverage. You'll handle diverse enquiries and deliver empathic, solution-driven support by phone, email, and chat in English—ensuring every interaction achieves high levels of satisfaction. Your sales skills will enable you to introduce relevant Globemed services and products, contributing to client wellbeing and business growth.
Key Responsibilities: Customer Orientation, Communication & Sales
- Provide timely, clear, and professional responses to customer queries related to healthcare plans, benefits, and services, always in English.
- Actively listen to understand client needs, offering accurate information and tailored recommendations aligned with our offerings.
- Promote suitable Globemed solutions and contribute to achieving sales goals by identifying opportunities during service interactions.
- Demonstrate empathy, patience, and professionalism in challenging scenarios to ensure positive customer experiences and outcomes.
- Document all customer communications and feedback accurately in our CRM system, ensuring information integrity and seamless follow-up.
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments to resolve complex issues and deliver continuous improvements in service quality.
- Uphold Globemed values through ethical, inclusive, and customer-centric conduct at all times.
Essential Skills: English, Communication, Customer Orientation & Sales
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written) for effective communication with diverse clients.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other client-facing functions is highly regarded.
- Strong sales orientation, with confidence in presenting and promoting relevant services within customer conversations.
- High level of customer orientation, with the ability to listen, empathise, and resolve issues promptly.
- Effective interpersonal skills and proven problem-solving abilities.
- Adaptable and organised, with capacity to respond positively to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Background: Customer Service & Sales in English-Speaking Environments
- Experience in insurance, healthcare, or similar regulated service industries is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital communication tools.
- Track record of achieving high customer satisfaction scores or sales targets.
