Customer Service Focused Role in Egypt
We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Agents to join our expanding team. Key Responsibilities in Customer Service and Sales
- Respond professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, aiming for first-contact resolution.
- Provide accurate product and service information, promoting solutions that meet customer needs.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant products and services to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Handle complaints and resolve issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Document and update customer records, adhering to data protection requirements.
- Maintain a friendly, positive, and professional attitude at all times.
Requirements for Customer Orientation and Communication Skills
- Age between 23 and 28 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory (graduates only).
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Demonstrated customer orientation with a solution-driven approach.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Sales experience is advantageous but not required; relevant experience will influence the final offer.
- Willingness to work 8-hour rotational shifts.
- Ability to remain patient and empathetic under pressure.
Benefits and Remuneration – Customer Service Agent
- Fixed Salary: EGP 10,000 (based on experience; final package discussed during the interview process)
- Transportation allowance: EGP 2,000 (New Cairo branch only)
