Customer Service and Communication – Key Responsibilities
- Professionally manage inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat for efficient query resolution.
- Supply customers with clear and accurate information on products and services, tailoring solutions to individual needs.
- Identify and pursue cross-selling and upselling opportunities in line with sales targets.
- Handle and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner to ensure satisfaction and promote loyalty.
- Accurately maintain and update customer records in compliance with data protection regulations.
- Uphold a consistently courteous, respectful, and professional demeanour in all communications.
Qualifications – Customer Service Experience and Required Skills
- Age: 23 to 28 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree required (graduates only).
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are essential.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for problem-solving and solution provision.
- Confident communication and active listening abilities.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is an asset (but not mandatory; relevant experience will be considered for the final package).
- Preparedness to work 8-hour rotational shifts, including evenings and weekends as scheduled.
- Calm, patient disposition and the ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations professionally.
