Key Responsibilities – Marketing, Sales, and Client Engagement

• Identify, contact, and qualify potential leads through a variety of channels, including cold-calling, networking, and digital platforms.
• Engage with existing and prospective clients to understand their business needs and recommend tailored marketing solutions.
• Develop, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive sales results.
• Manage and update customer and prospect information within the company CRM system, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with the wider marketing team to align campaign strategies and objectives.
• Prepare insightful reports and provide feedback on campaign and sales performance to management.
• Represent the company professionally at industry events, presentations, or meetings, as required.

Requirements – Marketing Skills, Sales Experience, and Communication Abilities

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a marketing, sales, business development, or client-facing role.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
• Strong organisational, analytical, and time-management skills.
• Confident with digital marketing platforms, CRM software, and MS Office applications.
• Results-driven with the ability to meet or exceed set targets.
