B2B Sales Experience – Drive Senior-Level Client Acquisition & Pipeline Growth
Are you passionate about expanding your career in B2B sales? We are seeking a results-driven professional to own the full sales cycle, driving new business development, client acquisition, and long-term relationships in high-growth sectors such as SaaS, FinTech, telecom, and startups.
Key Responsibilities in Senior B2B Sales
- Identify, prospect, and secure new B2B clients using outbound sales channels, including calls, emails, LinkedIn, referrals, and industry events.
- Conduct discovery meetings, uncover client pain points, and tailor bespoke solutions for each business.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to diverse stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Manage the complete end-to-end sales process: from lead generation and proposal to negotiation and closing deals.
- Maintain an accurate, up-to-date sales pipeline and forecasting via CRM platforms; provide regular weekly activity and pipeline reports.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets; share market and client insights to inform strategy.
Senior Sales Role Requirements – Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years of proven success in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS, FinTech, telecom, startups, or related industries.
- Demonstrated expertise in building client relationships, full-cycle selling, and closing complex sales.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office; familiarity with Zoho is preferred.
- University degree and a strong command of English (verbal and written).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
