Technical Proposal Manager
Job Purpose:
The Technical Proposal Manager is responsible for managing the preparation and submission of technical proposals, including proposal setup, monitoring, and ensuring content compliance. The role involves close coordination with internal stakeholders such as Estimation, Quality, Safety, HR, and Operations, as well as managing external interfaces with consultants, partners, and client technical teams to ensure timely, accurate, and competitive proposal submissions.
Responsibilities :
- Manage the full lifecycle of technical proposal preparation and submission.
- Review tender documents, technical specifications, drawings, and client requirements.
- Lead proposal setup, planning, scheduling, and content monitoring.
- Ensure technical content compliance with client requirements and industry standards.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Estimation, Engineering, Quality, Safety, HR, Operations) to gather technical input.
- Liaise with external stakeholders including clients, consultants, and partners to align proposal expectations.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality, accurate, and competitive technical proposals.
- Develop internal proposal tracking tools and ensure proper documentation.
- Support in identifying value engineering ideas and technical differentiators.
- Attend pre-bid meetings and contribute to proposal strategy development.
