Senior Cost Controller

Senior Cost Controller 

The Senior Cost Controller is responsible for overseeing and managing project cost performance to ensure alignment with approved budgets. This role provides financial insights, supports decision-making, and ensures effective cost control throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze project costs to ensure compliance with the approved budget.

  • Prepare accurate periodic cost reports, forecasts, and variance analyses.

  • Track commitments, expenditures, and cash flows across all project phases.

  • Identify cost deviations and provide recommendations for corrective actions.

  • Support project teams in developing and updating cost estimates and budgets.

  • Coordinate with procurement, finance, and project management to maintain accurate cost data.

  • Ensure proper cost coding, documentation, and financial record accuracy.

  • Assist in preparing monthly financial dashboards and executive summaries.

  • Contribute to cost optimization initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
