Senior Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the design and build of data tables, dashboards, and reporting solutions across regions.
  • Retrieve, analyze, and model large datasets using SQL, Python/R, and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI).
  • Develop automated data pipelines, metrics, and KPIs to support scaling operations.
  • Partner with business and tech teams to identify improvements and deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, driving insights across Marketing, Profit, Supply Chain, Inventory & Instock, Operations, Delivery Experience, Voice of Customer, and Topline.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years’ experience as a Business/Data Analyst or similar role.
  • Advanced SQL skills; strong BI tool experience (Tableau, Power BI).
  • Proven ability to independently engage stakeholders and deliver insights.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6+ years of analytics experience; MBA or advanced degree.
  • Strong understanding of core business domains (Marketing, Profit, Supply Chain, Inventory, Instock Management, Operations, Delivery Experience, Voice of Customer, Topline).
  • Experience with Python/R, data warehousing, and data modeling.
