Customer Service Agent – Main Responsibilities – Customer Support & Problem Solving
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, live chat, and other communication channels.
- Resolve customer issues, complaints, and requests with empathy, patience, and efficiency.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions using our CRM and ticketing tools.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments (sales, logistics, technical, admin) to ensure timely, effective customer solutions.
- Provide information about products, services, and company policies with clarity and professionalism.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and escalate recurring or critical issues to managers as necessary.
- Follow established processes to achieve key customer service performance indicators (KPIs).

Skills and Experience – Essential Requirements for Customer Service Jobs
- Previous experience in a customer service, support, or call centre role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills in German, both spoken and written (other languages a plus).
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain professional, patient, and positive in challenging situations.
- Good IT literacy, including familiarity with email, chat, CRM systems, and basic troubleshooting.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work different shifts and weekends when required.
