About the Role
We are seeking a proactive IT Help Desk Specialist to support our high-profile client’s warehouse operations. This hands-on role is critical to ensuring smooth day-to-day technical performance across all departments. You will serve as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting, resolving technical issues, and keeping systems running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide first-level technical support to all warehouse departments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, barcode scanners, handheld devices, and printers.
• Install, configure, and maintain systems, applications, and POS equipment.
• Monitor network performance, user access, and overall system uptime.
• Escalate advanced or complex issues to Level 2/3 support teams when necessary.
• Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and an updated inventory of IT assets.
• Support users during rotational shifts to ensure uninterrupted warehouse operations.

Qualifications & Skills
• Prior experience in an IT support role within a warehouse or similar operational environment.
• Strong knowledge of barcode scanners, label printers, and handheld warehouse devices.
• Solid understanding of Windows operating systems, networking fundamentals, and hardware troubleshooting.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-demand setting.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexibility to work rotational shifts as required.
