Job Description
The Senior Personnel Specialist is responsible for managing all personnel-related activities, ensuring full compliance with Egyptian labor law and social insurance regulations. This role involves handling government authorities, maintaining accurate employee records, and supporting HR operations with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain personnel files and employee documentation
Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor law and company policies
Handle all dealings with the Labor Office and relevant government authorities
Manage Kaab El Amal and other governmental funds
Prepare, submit, and follow up on social insurance forms (Forms 1, 2, and 6)
Support audits and inspections related to labor and social insurance
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in HR Personnel
Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law and social insurance regulations
Proven experience in handling labor office procedures
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
