E-commerce Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled E-commerce Manager with proven experience in managing online stores, marketplaces, and driving digital sales growth. The ideal candidate will lead the e-commerce team and coordinate with agencies to maximize online revenue and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize online stores and marketplace presence (Shopify, Amazon, etc.)

  • Develop and execute digital sales strategies to achieve growth targets

  • Monitor and analyze website and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager

  • Coordinate with marketing, sales, and external agencies to implement campaigns

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the e-commerce team

  • Report on KPIs, sales performance, and ROI for digital channels

  • Stay updated on e-commerce trends and competitor strategies

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

  • Years of Experience: 5 – 8 years in e-commerce/digital sales

  • Proven experience managing online stores and digital marketplaces

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Leadership ability with experience managing teams and agencies

  • Proficiency in Shopify, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager
