Odoo Developer

We are hiring an Odoo Developer to design, build, and customize Odoo modules that support evolving business workflows. You will translate functional requirements into robust technical solutions and ensure system reliability, performance, and scalability. The role directly impacts process automation, system stability, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and customize Odoo modules from scratch based on business requirements.

  • Analyze requirements and convert them into clear technical specifications.

  • Implement new workflows, features, and business processes within Odoo.

  • Maintain, debug, and enhance existing modules to improve performance and reliability.

  • Test, troubleshoot, and deploy customizations and new features.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and refine technical needs.

  • Ensure data integrity, security, and adherence to Odoo best practices.

  • Document technical designs, configurations, and modifications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience developing Odoo modules from scratch.

  • Strong understanding of the Odoo framework, architecture, and ORM.

  • Proficiency in Python and its use within Odoo.

  • Experience with PostgreSQL and database optimization.

  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for front-end customization.

  • Knowledge of Odoo APIs and third-party system integrations.

  • Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.

  • Experience with Git or similar version control systems.

  • Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or DevOps tools is a plus.
