Odoo Developer

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Odoo Developer with 1-2 years of experience to join our technical team. The candidate should have a solid understanding of Odoo's framework and be capable of developing and customizing modules, as well as integrating Odoo with external systems through APIs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and customize Odoo modules based on business requirements.
  • Integrate Odoo with external platforms and third-party applications via RESTful APIs.
  • Design and implement automated workflows and data exchanges between Odoo and other business tools (e.g., accounting, CRM, HR systems).
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for integrations and customizations.
  • Generate reports using QWeb/XML and Odoos reporting engine.
  • Debug and fix issues related to module performance, data flow, or API communication.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 12 years of hands-on experience in Odoo development.
  • Proficiency in Python and understanding of Odoo ORM.
  • Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and SQL queries.
  • Good experience in working with REST APIs and web service integration.
  • Familiarity with core Odoo modules (especially HR, MRP, and Sales).
  • Ability to write XML views and QWeb reports.
  • Comfortable using Git and working in Linux environments.

Preferred (Nice to Have):

  • Experience with Odoo Enterprise (v18).
  • Exposure to Odoo.sh or Odoo Online.
  • Basic understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JS).
  • Ability to work independently and deliver clean, well-documented code.
