Senior Partnership Specialist

About the Role
As a Senior Partnership Specialist, you’ll drive impactful collaborations by identifying, securing, and nurturing partnerships with NGOs, startups, and business networks—strengthening NOK’s presence in the professional services space.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate potential partners aligned with organizational goals.
- Build and sustain long-term, high-value relationships.
- Drive lead generation, client acquisition, and market expansion through partnerships.
- Co-create initiatives with partners that deliver measurable results.
- Work with internal teams to design solutions that meet business needs.
- Secure external resources and services to improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure smooth execution of partnership agreements.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging opportunities to inform strategy.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Relations, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances (experience in consulting, HR, or professional services is a plus).
- Proven record of managing partnerships with NGOs, international agencies, and global business networks.
- Strong knowledge of global markets, startup ecosystems, and B2B service models.
- Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and cross-cultural communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with operational or programmatic partnerships that improve service delivery.
