Senior Sales (B2B)
We are hiring a Senior B2B Sales Executive to lead the full sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation and closing across high-growth sectors. You will build and manage a strong pipeline, run discovery and solution discussions, and convert opportunities into long-term client relationships. The role directly drives revenue growth, market penetration, and customer value for NOK Human Capital.

Key Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and secure new B2B clients through calls, email, LinkedIn, referrals, and events.
Conduct discovery meetings to understand client needs and tailor appropriate solutions.
Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and commercial proposals to stakeholders.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and deal closure.
Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and activity tracking in the CRM.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Share client feedback and market insights with the wider sales and management teams.
Requirements
3–5 years of proven experience in B2B sales or business development.
Exposure to SaaS, FinTech, telecom, startups, or similar fast-paced industries.
Strong communication, objection-handling, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office; Zoho experience is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree with good command of English.
Location: Zahraa El-Maadi, Cairo; on-site, full-time, 9–5 with two days off and no business travel.
