Project Manager
Job Purpose
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the overall execution and delivery of our new project in KSA. You’ll oversee project planning, coordination, and implementation across all disciplines, ensuring that work is completed on time, within scope, and in line with budget targets. Your leadership will drive collaboration between teams, support risk management, and ensure compliance with company standards and client expectations, ultimately securing the successful completion of the project.
Job Description
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical engineering (master’s preferred).
- 10+ years’ experience in civil construction, with at least 5 years in substation/infrastructure projects.
- Proven track record in managing EPC/turnkey substation projects.
- Strong knowledge of civil design, construction methodologies, and project management practices.
- Familiarity with international standards (IEC, IEEE, ASTM, ACI, etc.).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Strong leadership skills with ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams (engineering, procurement, construction, QA/QC, HSE).
