Ticketing and Hospitality Reservations Manager
Job Requirments
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in the Travel & Tourism industry, with extensive expertise in Contracting, Business Development, and high-volume Ticketing/Reservations.
- Technical Skills: Mastery of Global Distribution Systems (GDS) Amadeus is mandatory. Must possess strong commercial and negotiation skills.
- Language Proficiency: Full professional fluency in both Arabic and English (written and verbal).
- Attributes: Proven strategic leadership ability and experience working under pressure in a high-stakes commercial environment.
Job Description
- Commercial Strategy & Luxury Contracting
- Strategic Contracting: Lead all Hotel Contracting and supplier negotiations, setting the main strategy to secure the best rates, inventory, and favorable terms worldwide.
- Product Development: Oversee the preparation and competitive quoting of all Tour Programs.
- Business Development (BD): Formulate the company strategy and marketing plan. Actively market, negotiate, and secure new contracts with global tour operators. Focus areas include Charter, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events), Inbound, and Outbound business segments.
- Operations & Leadership:
- Reservations Oversight: Maintain full operational control over all flight ticketing and hospitality (hotel) reservation processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Crisis Management: Efficiently manage and resolve all crisis situations (e.g., flight delays, cancellations, major reservation issues) with prompt, customer-focused solutions.
- Team Leadership: Lead, train, and mentor the reservations and contracting teams to achieve high performance targets.
