Ticketing and Hospitality Reservations Manager
We are hiring a Ticketing and Hospitality Reservations Manager to lead commercial strategy, supplier contracting, and high-volume reservations operations. You will define contracting and pricing strategy, drive business development, and ensure operational excellence across ticketing and hotel reservations. The role directly impacts profitability, supplier terms, revenue growth, and service quality.

Key Responsibilities
Lead global hotel contracting and supplier negotiations to secure optimal rates, inventory, and commercial terms.
Oversee preparation and competitive quoting of tour programs and packages.
Define and execute business development and marketing strategy across charter, MICE, inbound, and outbound segments.
Maintain full operational oversight of flight ticketing and hotel reservations processes.
Manage crisis situations such as delays, cancellations, and major service issues with effective resolution.
Lead, train, and mentor reservations and contracting teams to achieve commercial and service targets.
Monitor performance metrics across sales, contracting, and operations and implement improvements.
Requirements
Minimum 10 years of experience in the Travel & Tourism industry with strong exposure to contracting, business development, and high-volume reservations.
Expert proficiency in Amadeus GDS with strong commercial and negotiation skills.
Proven strategic leadership experience in a high-pressure, commercial environment.
Full professional fluency in Arabic and English, written and spoken.
