Office Admin
Key Responsibilities:
Manage correspondence, scheduling, and office supplies.
Maintain and archive documents in both digital and physical formats.
Support departments with reports, data entry, and general administrative tasks.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Organize executive calendars and ensure smooth time management.
Oversee general administrative operations to ensure the office runs efficiently.
Facilitate internal communication and coordination between departments.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum of 6 months of administrative experience.
Proficient in MS Office and document management systems.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and professional.
