Reservation Supervisor
Job Purpose
This pivotal role requires strategic commercial leadership, mastery of contracting, and proven operational excellence to drive our growth strategy.
Job Description
- Lead, train, and mentor the reservations team to maintain high professional standards.
- Allocate workloads, set performance goals, and conduct regular performance evaluations.
- Establish efficient workflows and ensure adherence to SOPs for reservations, ticketing, and customer handling.
- Foster a customer-centric culture within the team to ensure exceptional service delivery.
Requirments
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in travel reservations and ticketing.
- Prior experience supervising a reservations/ticketing team in a high-volume travel operation.
- Deep knowledge of airline fare structures, ticketing rules, and booking processes.
Technical Skills
- Expert proficiency in Amadeus GDS is mandatory; additional GDS platforms are a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret fare rules and manage complex itineraries.
- High computer proficiency in reservation systems, reporting tools, and office applications.
Language Skills
- Arabic: Native or full professional fluency
- English: Full professional proficiency (spoken & written)
