B2C Sales Executive
We are hiring a B2C Sales Executive to drive direct customer acquisition and revenue through outbound and inbound sales activities. You will engage prospects, understand their needs, and convert interest into confirmed sales while maintaining a high standard of customer experience. The role has a direct impact on revenue growth, conversion rates, and customer retention.

Key Responsibilities
Identify, approach, and engage potential customers through calls, messages, and follow-ups.
Conduct sales conversations to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate services.
Manage the full B2C sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive satisfaction and repeat business.
Track and update sales activities, pipeline, and outcomes in CRM systems.
Handle customer inquiries and objections professionally and effectively.
Contribute to achieving defined daily, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 6 months of experience in B2C sales, telesales, or customer service.
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Confidence in closing sales and handling objections.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
Location: Zahraa El Maadi, Cairo; on-site, full-time, 8 hours/day with rotational weekends and two days off.
