Partnerships Specialist
We are hiring a Partnerships & Alliances Manager to identify, build, and scale strategic relationships that drive business growth and market expansion. You will own the end-to-end partnership lifecycle, from opportunity identification through execution and performance tracking. The role is focused on turning external collaborations into measurable impact across revenue, market presence, and operational efficiency. Your work will directly influence how NOK Human Capital grows through ecosystems and strategic alliances.

Key Responsibilities
Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic partners aligned with business and growth objectives.
Build and manage long-term partner relationships to ensure alignment, value creation, and KPI achievement.
Coordinate with internal teams to execute partnership initiatives, integrations, and joint programs.
Drive market expansion through alliances that support lead generation, market entry, and new opportunities.
Track and analyze partnership performance against defined KPIs and business outcomes.
Monitor market trends and partnership landscapes to identify new collaboration opportunities.
Ensure smooth operational execution of partnership agreements and deliverables.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, alliances, or a related role.
Proven ability to build and manage external relationships with measurable business impact.
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
Analytical ability to track performance, interpret market data, and support decision-making.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
High level of organization, ownership, and ability to manage multiple partnerships in parallel.
