Project Coordinator

We are hiring a Junior Project Coordinator who will support project planning, coordination, and execution across cross-functional teams. The role focuses on tracking tasks, timelines, documentation, and communication to ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently. You will use digital and AI tools to improve productivity, identify risks, and support continuous improvement. This position offers strong exposure to project operations and professional growth within NOK Human Capital.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support project planning, coordination, and execution across teams.

  • Track tasks, timelines, and deliverables to ensure projects run smoothly.

  • Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items and follow-ups.

  • Maintain structured documentation for tasks, milestones, and project updates.

  • Communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.

  • Use digital and AI tools to improve productivity and organization.

  • Assist in identifying risks, issues, and areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in project coordination, operations, or similar roles.

  • Completion of a relevant project coordination or project management course is a plus.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Very good command of English.

  • Fast learner with a strong desire to grow professionally.

  • Comfortable using technology and productivity tools; familiarity with AI tools is a plus.

  • Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team.
