Business Analyst
We are hiring a Business Analyst – Data & Operations Support to provide tactical support across multiple projects in a fast-paced operational environment. The role focuses on data management, dashboard development, KPI tracking, and translating data into actionable insights. You will enable data-driven decision-making, support executive communication, and ensure data accuracy across project systems.

Key Responsibilities
Review, validate, and maintain accurate project data across templates, systems, and databases.
Create and maintain operational dashboards and KPI trackers to support business decisions.
Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and actionable insights.
Perform ad-hoc analysis and translate findings into clear recommendations.
Support data migration, integration, and data quality assurance activities.
Provide tactical support across multiple concurrent projects and manage competing priorities.
Prepare executive summaries, reports, and presentations for leadership reviews.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, or operations support roles.
Advanced proficiency in Excel including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, complex formulas, and data modeling.
Strong SQL skills for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
Experience with data validation, quality assurance, and database systems.
Familiarity with enterprise project management systems and collaboration tools.
Strong analytical thinking, communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
