We are hiring a Junior Proposal Specialist to support the preparation and submission of technical and financial proposals across commercial opportunities. This role plays a key part in reviewing tenders, coordinating inputs, and ensuring high-quality, compliant proposal submissions that support business growth at NOK Human Capital.

This position is ideal for an early-career professional with strong attention to detail, good English writing skills, and interest in commercial and tendering processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze tenders, RFPs, and RFQs.

• Prepare technical proposals in line with tender requirements and guidelines.

• Prepare financial proposals, pricing sheets, and commercial offers.

• Coordinate with technical, sales, and finance teams to collect required proposal inputs.

• Ensure full compliance with tender instructions, formats, and submission requirements.

• Submit proposals through official portals and bidding platforms (e.g., government portals, private platforms, online bidding systems).

• Track proposal timelines, deadlines, and submission status.

• Maintain organized records of submitted tenders and proposals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Management, or a related field.

• 1–2 years of experience in proposal preparation, tenders, or commercial support roles.

• Good understanding of tendering processes and evaluation criteria.

• Previous exposure to preparing technical and/or financial proposals is required.

• Good written and spoken English.

• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
