Commercial Coordinator
We are hiring a Commercial Coordinator to support day-to-day coordination and reporting activities within the commercial team. This role is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented professional at the early stages of their career who is eager to build strong commercial, analytical, and coordination skills at NOK Human Capital.
Key Responsibilities
Support the commercial team with daily coordination and administrative tasks.
Prepare, analyze, and maintain commercial reports using Excel and internal systems.
Track sales performance, pipelines, KPIs, and follow-ups.
Update and maintain accurate customer and commercial data on CRM / ERP systems.
Coordinate between sales, finance, and operations teams to ensure data accuracy and alignment.
Assist with proposal preparation, contracts, and commercial documentation when required.
Ensure timely follow-ups, proper documentation, and organized record-keeping.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
0–2 years of experience in commercial coordination, sales support, administration, or a similar role.
Very good to excellent English (written and spoken).
Excellent Excel skills (reports, formulas, pivot tables, basic data analysis).
Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems is a strong plus.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
High attention to detail, accuracy, and professional attitude.
