B2B Sales Specialist
We are hiring an Entry-Level B2B Sales / Business Development Representative to support the growth of our technology solutions by identifying new business opportunities and supporting the full sales cycle. This role is ideal for a motivated early-career professional with a technical mindset who is eager to build a career in B2B technology sales.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, target, and approach potential B2B clients.
Support selling technical products or solutions to business customers.
Understand customer needs and assist in proposing suitable technical solutions.
Support product demos and technical presentations with senior team members.
Assist in managing the sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial documents.
Maintain accurate sales pipelines and updates on CRM systems.
Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth implementation.
Support achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Requirements
0–1 year of experience in B2B sales, business development, or a related role (internships are acceptable).
Technical educational background or strong interest in technology (IT, software, engineering, SaaS, telecom, or similar).
Ability to understand and communicate basic technical concepts clearly.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Very good command of English (spoken and written).
Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
