Business Development Executive – L&D
We are hiring a Business Development Executive – L&D to support the growth of our corporate training and learning solutions. This role focuses on outbound outreach, lead qualification, and supporting deal closures for Learning & Development programs across B2B clients. It’s ideal for an early-career professional eager to build a career in B2B sales within HR, training, or consulting.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and reach out to potential corporate clients via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
Promote L&D programs, corporate training solutions, and workshops to B2B clients.
Qualify leads and schedule meetings for senior sales or L&D consultants.
Understand client needs and recommend suitable learning solutions.
Prepare basic proposals, quotations, and client follow-ups.
Maintain accurate records of leads and activities on the CRM system.
Support negotiations and assist in closing deals under supervision.
Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements
6 months to 1 year of experience in B2B sales, corporate sales, or account management.
Exposure to training, HR services, EdTech, or consulting is a plus.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Comfortable with cold calling and outbound sales activities.
Good understanding of corporate client needs and buying cycles.
Basic knowledge of CRM systems is preferred.
Very good English (spoken and written).
