Senior Product Specialist
We are hiring a Senior Product Specialist – Digital Locks to own and manage the digital locks product portfolio from a technical and market perspective. The role is responsible for managing the product lifecycle, technical positioning, and supporting commercial success across sales, projects, and marketing teams. You will act as the technical reference for digital lock solutions, ensuring competitiveness, compliance, and alignment with market needs.

The company works closely with consultants, contractors, and key accounts to deliver advanced mechanical and digital security solutions to the market.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the digital locks product portfolio in line with business strategy and market requirements.
Act as the primary technical reference for digital locks across sales, marketing, and project teams.
Identify market opportunities, product gaps, and emerging technologies while monitoring competitors.
Support product launches, upgrades, and phase-out plans.
Develop product datasheets, technical documentation, and training materials.
Deliver technical and commercial product training internally.
Coordinate with suppliers on specifications, certifications, and performance.
Support pricing inputs, cost analysis, and margin optimization.
Prepare product performance reports, forecasts, and recommendations.
Ensure compliance with applicable standards and corporate policies.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechatronics, Electronics, or related field).
2–4 years of experience in product management or technical product roles.
Experience in digital locks, access control, or smart hardware is highly preferred.
Strong technical background with the ability to translate features into customer value.
Understanding of market dynamics and project-based sales environments.
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
