Operational Sales Executive
We are hiring an Operational Sales Executive to support sales operations by coordinating orders, following up with clients, and ensuring smooth execution of sales processes. The role plays a key part in bridging sales, operations, and clients while maintaining high service standards and operational accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and process sales orders from confirmation to delivery.
Follow up with clients on orders, deliveries, and documentation.
Support the Sales Manager / Commercial Manager in daily sales operations.
Ensure smooth coordination between sales, operations, logistics, and finance teams.
Maintain accurate records on CRM / ERP systems and sales trackers.
Prepare sales-related reports, follow-ups, and operational updates.
Support field sales activities and client visits when required.
Ensure compliance with internal procedures and corporate standards.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or Sales Management.
3–6 years of experience in sales operations, operational sales, or B2B sales coordination.
Strong experience in order processing, client follow-up, and internal coordination.
Advanced proficiency in CRM systems, MS Excel, and ERP systems.
Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
High attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Corporate sales, B2B, or FMCG background is a plus.
