Design Integration Process Specialist
We are hiring a Design Integration Process Specialist to support the transformation of building delivery from project-based execution to standardized, scalable solutions. This role works closely with the Design Integration Lead to optimize workflows, document processes, and build knowledge systems that enable consistent, high-quality delivery across complex programs.
The role requires strong analytical thinking, hands-on process mapping, and close collaboration with design, construction, and technology teams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze, map, and document end-to-end design integration processes across the delivery lifecycle.
Conduct direct observations, structured stakeholder interviews, and documentation reviews to identify pain points, inefficiencies, and hidden dependencies.
Identify design dependencies and critical-to-quality design attributes and document standardized workflows.
Develop KPIs, design maturity scoring frameworks, and process performance metrics.
Coordinate and actively participate in pilot programs and process improvement initiatives.
Shadow stakeholders across design, pre-construction, and field execution phases to build deep process understanding.
Run spatial assessments for project feasibility and develop multiple design scenarios when required.
Maintain sufficient technical design knowledge to provide backup support for Design Integration Standards roles when needed.
Support technology enablement initiatives by evaluating and implementing AI-powered tools, parametric design solutions, and automation capabilities.
Collaborate with technology teams on AI agents, automated clash detection, and spatial intelligence solutions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or Architectural Engineering.
6–10 years of experience in design integration, engineering processes, or complex project delivery environments.
Strong analytical, documentation, and workflow mapping skills.
Proven experience with knowledge management systems and structured process documentation.
Ability to work independently in fast-paced, evolving environments.
Advanced English communication skills (written and spoken).
