We are hiring an Office Administrator to support daily office operations through scheduling, documentation, and internal coordination. You will manage correspondence, organize records, and ensure smooth communication across teams. The role directly supports operational efficiency, management effectiveness, and workplace organization.

Key Responsibilities
Manage correspondence, scheduling, and office supplies.
Maintain and archive documents in digital and physical formats.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Organize executive calendars and ensure efficient time management.
Support departments with reports, data entry, and administrative tasks.
Facilitate internal communication and coordination between departments.
Oversee general administrative operations to ensure the office runs smoothly.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum 6 months of experience in an administrative or office support role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and professional.
Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
