Sales Admin Assistant
We are hiring a Sales Admin Assistant to support the sales team by preparing accurate quotations, managing client correspondence, and keeping sales operations organized. This role ensures timely follow-ups, clean documentation, and smooth day-to-day coordination that directly impacts client satisfaction and deal flow. You will act as the operational backbone of the sales function, reducing friction and enabling the team to focus on revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and issue accurate client quotations in a timely manner
Follow up on client emails and maintain professional written communication
Track, update, and organize sales documentation and records
Coordinate administrative and operational sales tasks
Support internal communication between sales and other functions
Ensure data accuracy across sales trackers and files
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
Fluency in English (spoken and written)
Experience in international trading or export/import environments
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
High attention to detail and follow-through
Ability to work on-site in Maadi on a fixed 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM shift
