Assessment Management Officer
Coordinate training calendars end-to-end; align assessment dates with training centers and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
Orient, qualify, and audit assessors; explain assessment processes, rubrics, and compliance guidelines.
Prepare, print, and secure examination papers and supporting materials.
Attend exam days on-site with technical SMEs to monitor delivery and ensure strict adherence to procedures.
Verify and mark exam papers; analyze results against model answers/assessment criteria to determine certification or re-assessment.
Compile cohort-level results; produce dashboards and narrative reports for stakeholders.
Evaluate student survey data to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
Update and iterate assessment versions based on SME feedback, observations, and performance data.
Design and pilot new assessment versions (theory/practical) as needed.

Qualifications
B.Sc. in Business Administration or a relevant field (Education, Psychology, HR, Statistics).
5–7 years’ experience in assessments, testing, or L&D/education operations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for diverse audiences.
Demonstrated passion for learning and development.
High cultural sensitivity and inclusivity.
Proficient in MS Office; advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts) and PowerPoint.
Excellent command of English and Arabic (C1, written and spoken).
