About the Freelance Trainer Role – Learning, Development, & Facilitation

Key Trainer Responsibilities – Training Delivery, Coaching, & Knowledge Transfer

• Deliver engaging workshops, training sessions, or webinars in your area of expertise (onsite or online).
• Customize training content and materials to meet client-specific objectives and learning outcomes.
• Assess participant learning and provide feedback for ongoing skill development.
• Incorporate interactive and adult learning methodologies to maximize participant engagement.
• Collaborate with NOK Human Capital’s L&D and project teams to ensure smooth training logistics and administration.
• Report on training effectiveness and recommend program improvements as needed.

Freelance Trainer Requirements – Education, Experience, & Skills

• Proven experience as a professional trainer, facilitator, instructor, or coach (2+ years preferred).
• Expertise in one or more of the following domains: soft skills, leadership, technical skills, sales, HR, customer service, digital transformation, compliance, or other relevant specialties.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is an asset).
• Strong group facilitation skills and the ability to manage diverse learning groups.
• Relevant professional certifications or industry qualifications are highly desirable.
• Comfortable with digital learning platforms (Zoom, Teams, LMS, etc.).
