Payroll & ER Specialist
We are hiring a Junior Payroll & ER Specialist who will support payroll processing and employee relations activities to ensure accuracy, compliance, and positive employee experience. The role involves maintaining employee records, assisting with payroll data, handling basic employee queries, and supporting HR operations. You will help ensure timely payroll execution, proper documentation, and adherence to internal policies and labor regulations. This position contributes to operational efficiency and employee satisfaction within NOK Human Capital.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing and processing monthly payroll data accurately and on time.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leaves, and payroll documentation.
Support employee relations activities, including handling basic inquiries and requests.
Coordinate with HR and finance teams to resolve payroll discrepancies.
Ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and confidentiality standards.
Prepare reports related to payroll, attendance, and employee data.
Support onboarding and offboarding documentation related to payroll and benefits.
Assist in audits and data validation activities when required.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
0–2 years of experience in payroll, HR operations, or a similar role.
Basic knowledge of payroll processes, labor laws, and HR policies.
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR systems is preferred.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Strong communication skills and good command of English.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
