Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
We are hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level roles in a fast-paced industrial environment. You will partner with hiring managers to define requirements, lead direct sourcing and headhunting, and run structured assessment processes. The role is accountable for timely delivery, quality shortlists, and a strong candidate experience. Your work will strengthen hiring governance, pipeline health, and overall recruitment outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment from intake to offer management and onboarding handover
Partner with hiring managers to validate role scope, requirements, and selection criteria
Build and maintain pipelines through direct sourcing, headhunting, referrals, and networking
Conduct structured screening and interviewing using scorecards and consistent evaluation methods
Provide market insights on talent availability, compensation trends, and sourcing strategies
Coordinate interview logistics, stakeholder alignment, and candidate communication to ensure speed and quality
Support offer negotiation, manage candidate expectations, and improve acceptance rates
Maintain accurate ATS/trackers and report hiring metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline health)
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
4–6 years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience with mid to senior-level hiring delivery
Strong direct sourcing and headhunting experience (essential)
Proficiency in LinkedIn sourcing, Boolean search, and pipeline development
Experience using ATS/CRM tools, recruitment tracking, and reporting dashboards
Strong structured interviewing and assessment skills with documentation discipline
Availability to work full-time on-site in Sokhna (5 days/week, 8 hours/day)
