HR Generalist
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process.
Manage onboarding for new hires, including documentation, orientation, and induction.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Handle personnel administration tasks, including attendance, leave tracking, and HR documentation.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor regulations.
Prepare basic HR reports and assist in HR projects as required.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
1–2 years of experience in HR
Proficient in MS Office and HR systems
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and professional
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to maintain confidentiality and work independently
