Role Overview:

As a Senior Payroll & ER Specialist, youll manage the end-to-end payroll process while ensuring compliance with Egyptian labor laws. Youll also handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and investigations, and support employees with payroll-related inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Relations:

• Handle employee grievances and resolve conflicts.
• Conduct investigations into complaints or misconduct and document findings.

Payroll Management:

• Oversee regular and off-cycle payroll processing.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws and labor regulations.
• Perform payroll audits and generate reports.
• Manage payroll systems (preferably Odoo).
• Respond to employee payroll inquiries and provide support.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role, ideally in outsourcing.
• Strong English skills (spoken & written).
• Proficiency in Odoo or similar HR systems.
• Solid knowledge of Egyptian labor law.
• Experience with onboarding/offboarding and employee investigations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
