Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end high-volume recruitment from sourcing to hiring

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and outreach

• Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews at scale

• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified active and passive candidates

• Coordinate job fairs, walk-ins, and recruitment events

• Partner with hiring managers to align on role requirements and priorities

• Maintain accurate records and workflows within the applicant tracking system

Requirements

• Experience in high-volume or mass recruitment environments

• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines under pressure

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR software

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field is preferred
