FinTech Summit Event Responsibilities
- Plan and execute all aspects of the FinTech Summit, managing timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
- Coordinate with partners, sponsors, speakers, and vendors to ensure seamless event execution.
- Manage attendee registration, outreach, and customer inquiries to ensure excellent participant experience.
- Collaborate with marketing to drive attendee acquisition and event awareness across fintech communities.
- Handle logistics, venue setup, material preparation, and technical requirements for presentations and panels.
- Monitor event KPIs, collect feedback, and prepare post-event analysis and reports.
- Ensure event meets all regulatory, security, and compliance standards in the fintech sector.
- Stay informed on fintech trends and bring innovative ideas to enhance the summit’s impact and relevance.
Key Requirements for FinTech Summit Careers
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field (Master’s is a plus).
- 2-3 years experience in event planning, project management, or fintech industry events.
- Exposure to fintech, SaaS, B2B technology, or startup ecosystems is valued.
- Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English (French is a plus); tech-savvy, proactive, client-focused, results-driven.
- Proficiency with event management tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Working Conditions and Benefits at the Zahraa El-Maadi HQ
- Location: NOK HC Head Office, Zahraa El-Maadi (Egypt)
- Work Mode: On-site
- Employment Type: Full time
- Days Off: 2 per week
- Working Hours: 8 hours/day; flexibility required around live event dates
- Start Date: ASAP
- Nationality: Egyptian (required)
