Talent Development Manager
We are hiring a Talent Development Manager to build and scale a market-relevant training offering across B2B and B2C segments. You will own training product strategy, lead the training function, and align delivery with sales, marketing, and operations. The role directly impacts revenue growth, learning quality, and client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the strategy for the training product across B2B and B2C markets.
Lead the training department and ensure alignment with business goals and client needs.
Act as product owner, coordinating with marketing, sales, and operations for smooth delivery.
Build and manage relationships with external trainers and training partners.
Design scalable training programs aligned with market demand and best practices.
Monitor performance metrics and use analytics to improve training effectiveness.
Identify upsell opportunities with sales through training packages and certifications.
Requirements
Proven experience in training consultancy or talent development roles.
Strong background in strategic planning and product ownership.
Demonstrated experience applying gamification in learning or training environments.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, especially in B2B contexts.
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across marketing, sales, and operations.
Familiarity with LMS platforms, digital training tools, and instructional design principles.
Strong project management skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
Fluent English with excellent communication and presentation skills.
