Job Description 

• Develop and execute the strategy for NOK’s new training product across B2B and B2C markets

• Lead the training department, ensuring alignment with business goals and client needs

• Act as product owner, coordinating with marketing, sales, and operations to ensure smooth delivery

• Build and manage relationships with external trainers and training partners

• Design scalable training programs tailored to client and market demands

• Monitor performance metrics and continuously improve training offerings

• Ensure high-quality communication and collaboration across internal and external stakeholders

• Stay updated on industry trends and integrate best practices into training solutions

• Use analytics to assess training effectiveness and guide improvements.

• Work with sales to identify upselling opportunities through training packages or certifications.

Requirements 

• Proven experience in training consultancy or talent development firms

• Strong background in strategic planning and product ownership

• Demonstrated experience applying gamification in training or learning environments

• Excellent stakeholder management skills, especially in B2B contexts

• Fluent in English with exceptional communication skills

• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, operations)

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

• Familiarity with outsourcing or service-based business models is a plus

• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or digital training platforms

• Familiarity with instructional design principles 
• Strong project management skills
