Talent Development Manager
Job Description
- Develop and execute the strategy for NOK’s new training product across B2B and B2C markets
- Lead the training department, ensuring alignment with business goals and client needs
- Act as product owner, coordinating with marketing, sales, and operations to ensure smooth delivery
- Build and manage relationships with external trainers and training partners
- Design scalable training programs tailored to client and market demands
- Monitor performance metrics and continuously improve training offerings
- Ensure high-quality communication and collaboration across internal and external stakeholders
- Stay updated on industry trends and integrate best practices into training solutions
- Use analytics to assess training effectiveness and guide improvements.
- Work with sales to identify upselling opportunities through training packages or certifications.
Requirements
- Proven experience in training consultancy or talent development firms
- Strong background in strategic planning and product ownership
- Demonstrated experience applying gamification in training or learning environments
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, especially in B2B contexts
- Fluent in English with exceptional communication skills
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, operations)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Familiarity with outsourcing or service-based business models is a plus
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or digital training platforms
- Familiarity with instructional design principles
