Payroll & ER Manager
Key Responsibilities
Payroll Management
- Oversee the end-to-end monthly payroll cycle for all employees (internal and outsourced).
- Review attendance, overtime, variable pay, deductions, and ensure accurate calculations.
- Coordinate with the Finance Department to ensure timely salary disbursements and reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with social insurance, tax laws, and labor legislation.
- Manage payroll audits, employee advances, final settlements, and year-end reconciliations.
- Maintain employee records on Odoo HR module (or relevant HRIS) and ensure data accuracy.
- Support automation and continuous improvement of payroll processes and reporting tools.
Employee Relations
- Serve as the main point of contact for internal and outsourced employees regarding policies, grievances, and disciplinary procedures.
- Implement and monitor company policies, labor law compliance, and code of conduct.
- Lead investigations into workplace issues, document findings, and provide recommendations.
- Advise management on best practices for fair and transparent disciplinary actions.
- Foster a positive workplace culture that promotes employee engagement and retention.
- Conduct exit interviews, analyze trends, and propose retention strategies.
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure all HR records and personnel files meet labor inspection requirements.
- Maintain updated employee contracts, renewals, and amendments.
- Ensure the company’s compliance with Egyptian Labor Law, Social Insurance, and Tax Authority requirements.
- Liaise with external government authorities when needed (e.g., Labor Office, Social Insurance, GOSI).
Reporting & Analytics
- Generate monthly payroll and manpower reports for management review.
- Track headcount, turnover, absenteeism, and other workforce KPIs.
