Payroll & ER Manager
We are hiring a Payroll & Employee Relations Manager to lead payroll operations, compliance, and employee relations across the organization. You will own accurate and timely payroll execution, ensure full legal compliance, and manage employee relations processes to support a fair and productive workplace. The role directly impacts financial accuracy, legal risk, and employee trust.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end monthly payroll processing including attendance, variable pay, deductions, and settlements.
Ensure compliance with tax, social insurance, and labor law requirements and coordinate with finance on disbursements.
Manage payroll audits, advances, final settlements, and year-end reconciliations.
Maintain accurate employee data within HR and payroll systems and support automation initiatives.
Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures.
Lead investigations, document outcomes, and advise management on fair and compliant actions.
Ensure all HR records, contracts, and files meet inspection and compliance requirements.
Produce payroll, manpower, and workforce analytics reports for management review.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in payroll management and employee relations roles.
Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law, social insurance, and payroll taxation.
Hands-on experience with HRIS and payroll systems such as Odoo or equivalent platforms.
Strong analytical, reporting, and process improvement skills.
Excellent communication, judgment, and conflict resolution abilities.
