We are hiring a Senior HR Generalist to support core HR operations across recruitment, onboarding, personnel administration, and employee records management. You will ensure smooth day-to-day HR processes while maintaining compliance with internal policies and labor regulations. The role plays a key part in operational efficiency, data accuracy, and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support recruitment activities through coordination, scheduling, and candidate follow-ups.

• Manage end-to-end onboarding including documentation, orientation, and induction.

• Maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases and systems.

• Handle personnel administration such as attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.

• Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and applicable labor regulations.

• Prepare basic HR reports and support ongoing HR projects.

• Serve as a point of contact for employees on HR-related matters.

• Support continuous improvement of HR processes and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 4–7 years of hands-on experience in an HR Generalist or similar role.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR information systems.

• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.

• Professional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently with minimal supervision.
