HR Manager
We are hiring an HR Manager to lead HR operations, ensure legal compliance, and build a structured and high-performing workforce. You will drive change initiatives, align local practices with global standards, and support strategic growth through strong people and culture systems. The role directly impacts organizational readiness, compliance, and long-term talent sustainability.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee all HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, and policy compliance.
Drive organizational change initiatives and support business transformation efforts.
Develop and harmonize HR policies with global best practices and local labor requirements.
Ensure full compliance with Egyptian labor law in coordination with legal and administrative stakeholders.
Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning initiatives.
Oversee performance management, learning, and development programs across the organization.
Design and manage compensation, grading, and benefits frameworks aligned with market standards.
Implement and optimize HR systems to improve efficiency and reporting.
Promote a positive culture, engagement, and retention across teams.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.
5–8 years of experience in HR management or senior HR leadership roles.
Proven experience in compensation, benefits design, and HR policy development.
Strong understanding of Egyptian labor law and experience working with regulatory bodies.
Experience collaborating with legal or compliance teams, preferably in industrial or manufacturing environments.
Proficiency with HR software systems for recruitment, payroll, performance, and records.
Fluency in English and Arabic with strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
