Onboarding & Employee engagement specialist
We are hiring an Onboarding & Employee Engagement Specialist to own new-hire integration and drive engagement initiatives across the employee lifecycle. You will ensure smooth onboarding, track satisfaction, and design programs that strengthen culture and retention. The role directly impacts time-to-productivity, employee experience, and retention outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end onboarding and ensure smooth integration for new hires.
Prepare and follow up on knowledge transfer and first-month onboarding plans.
Monitor and analyze employee satisfaction, engagement, and retention metrics.
Plan and execute engagement initiatives to strengthen culture and employee experience.
Conduct exit interviews and produce insights and improvement recommendations.
Partner with managers and HR teams to improve onboarding and engagement practices.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in onboarding, employee engagement, or HR operations.
Strong analytical skills to interpret engagement and satisfaction data.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
